With package theft becoming more common, we want to help you protect your orders. Once USPS marks a package as delivered, its safety becomes the customer's responsibility, and Prismatic Exchange cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
 
To enhance security, we recommend a $4 Signature Confirmation upgrade, ensuring USPS obtains a signature upon delivery. 100% of the fee goes directly to USPS. 
 
Please note: Shipping insurance only covers packages lost or damaged during transit. It does not apply once a package is marked as delivered. If your order is damaged in transit or lost before delivery, we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement—because your satisfaction is our priority.✨
