Fair Pricing
Not the best, not the worst, but fair. So we're not the lowest priced TCG/CCG business out there but we're also not the highest. We try and stick around the market average.
For example that means if a product you want is $5 (low) at one store and $10 (high) at another store we will be around $7.50 (Average). We're new to game and so we're still establishing those sweet, sweet, deals from distributors to pass along to you.
We can promise however if its not a collectible card, like boosters, and packs, we will never price gouge the products we sell. Ever. Period.
NO SKIPPING!
We go slow
We look at each card with you during the live and don’t skip a single one! We enjoy looking at art and the cards unlike other streamers, we enjoy the process. From start to finish viewing each card, and feeling the the joy of opening new packs will feel as fresh as the first. And we genuinely want to celebrate with you when you get a great card!
We won't ever slide through all the cards just to see what the chase is because we're just not those types of people.
We enjoy cards and we will show you all of them without skipping a single one.
Prismatic Care
At Prismatic Exchange, every card is treated with precision and care. We remove dust and particles using a microfiber touch-up before sealing singles in premium sleeves and slabs in acid-free, no-PVC polypropylene sleeves. Our touch-free method, using powder-free, latex-free nitrile gloves, ensures your cards stay pristine throughout the process. Because your collection deserves nothing less than perfection.
